Day Twelve: What do you normally eat?
I don’t have a set food plan or anything like that and because it’s Summer, it just depends on what time I wake up at (Thank you lie ins :L)
For breakfast, I’ll have a cup of tea and then I’ll either have a bowl of Ready Brek or a bowl of Special K and a banana.
Lunch and dinner really do vary, especially if I’m just making myself food or if my Mum’s making food for everyone.
I do try and make a smoothie once a day but sometimes I don’t bother. And I’ll try and have an apple and a banana a day, just because they’re quite nice. I’m not completely off chocolate, if I want a few pieces of chocolate at night, I’ll plan out my day so I can save a few calories to allow myself some.
