Day Five: Why do you really want to lose this weight? Are you doing it for you?
I’m so sick of just sitting constantly fixing my t-shirt so that you can’t see anything under it. I used to say every year that I would lose weight and when people would say “Just exercise and eat more healthier” I never thought it would be so simple. Obviously, the weeks that I don’t lose weight it can be a little annoying but I know that maintaining is better than gaining, so I don’t mind it too much once I realise that. I’m doing it for me, I’ve always been chubby and a few months before I came back from Uni, I piled on some weight because I was eating when I didn’t even realise it and I just want to be healthy and skinnier now and I’m determined to stick to it this time.
